You can easily schedule a session through our secure online booking system available on the website. Simply choose your preferred service, select a date and time, and complete the booking form. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

Yes, we offer telephone consultations as a flexible alternative to in-person (walk-and-talk) or online video sessions. This option is especially helpful if you prefer voice-only communication or need support while on the go.

Our standard office hours are Monday: 9:30 AM – 12:30PM, Tuesday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, and Saturday: 9:AM – 12:00PM Evening and weekend appointments may be available upon request. Please check the online booking calendar for current availability.
